2. About the Fee
I usually start our discussion based on your proposed budget.
Please note the following:
We do not accept buyouts.
(All requests involving copyright transfer will not be accepted. In the rare case that a full buyout is insisted upon, a significant additional fee will apply.)
Our illustration work is intended to be included in our portfolio and promotional activities.
If you prefer the work to remain confidential, an additional fee will be charged.
We appreciate your understanding, as publishing past work is essential for our business.
3. Confirmation Form
To avoid any miscommunication or mistakes, we kindly ask you to fill out the “Project Confirmation Form” issued by the Illustrators Tsushin, the organization to which we belong.
Please sign and return it via email after reviewing.
4. About Meetings
For safety and clarity, we usually gather details via email.
If an in-person meeting is required, we will visit the specified location.
5. Sketch (Rough) and Revisions
We will send you the rough sketches via email for your confirmation.
Please inform us if any revisions are needed.
We accept up to 2–3 rounds of corrections during the rough stage.
If revisions differ from the original request or involve additional items, extra fees may apply.
If repeated corrections occur (beyond rough and final stages) and they are not caused by our error, we may also charge additional fees.
We will notify you in advance in such cases.
6. Final Illustration (Coloring)
Once the rough is approved, we proceed to final production (coloring).
※ Please note that we do not accept revisions after the final delivery.
Any post-delivery edits or additions will be treated as new requests and charged accordingly.
7. Final Delivery
The final data will be delivered in the format agreed upon in advance.
We will send it via email attachment or provide a download link.
8. Invoice & Payment
An invoice will be issued upon final delivery.
Please make the payment by the end of the following month, or according to your company’s payment cycle.
If you have a designated payment schedule, please inform us in advance.
We kindly ask you to bear the bank transfer fee.
If possible, we would appreciate receiving a sample of the final printed material for our records and reference.

Copyright of all illustrations remains with the illustrator.
If a special agreement is required, please inform us at the time of your inquiry.
We assume that the completed works will be included in our portfolio or promotional materials.

Any secondary use, repurposing, or reprinting in other media that is not specified in the original agreement will incur additional fees.
Fees will still apply even if the work is not used after delivery.
If the project is canceled mid-production, a fee will be charged based on the progress made.
Redistribution, resale, lending, or modification of the work without permission is strictly prohibited.
For printed materials, please include a credit such as: “Illustration: Takako”.
