The Process
01 Inquiry
Please feel free to get in touch using the form or by email.
Share any details you have about your project, intended use, preferred illustration style, timeline, and budget. This will help me respond with guidance tailored to your needs.
02 Quote
Along with your project details, please share your budget or an estimated range, if available.
I’ll review your budget and usage requirements, then prepare a proposal based on those details.
03 Sketches & Artwork
Once the project details are agreed, I’ll begin the sketches.
After you’ve reviewed and approved them, I’ll move on to the final artwork and color.
04 Delivery
Once the completed color artwork receives final approval, I’ll deliver the files in your requested format.
Please contact me separately to discuss any revisions after delivery, changes to the agreed usage, additional uses, or extensions to the usage period.
Copyright & Usage
As a general rule, copyright remains with Takako.
Artwork is licensed for the agreed media, duration, and purpose. Please contact me in advance to discuss use in other media or any additional uses.
Additional Usage & Cancellations
Additional uses, extensions to the usage period, cancellations, and revisions after delivery are discussed separately on a case-by-case basis.Please see the Commission Guide for details.
