◎ Preferred schedule for the project
◎ Desired illustration style
◎ Content and number of illustrations
◎ Budget
◎ Purpose of use (media name and type / number of media / publication period, etc.)
※ Letting us know your budget in advance allows us to make suggestions that fit your needs.

For more details on how I work and about contracts, please see the page below:
☞Request & Delivery Process Guide
Please note that I do not waive copyright or moral rights.
However, I’m happy to discuss alternative solutions to find the best possible arrangement for both parties. Please feel free to consult.
(I do not accept projects where full copyright transfer is the main condition.
If the illustration must be fully purchased, a significantly higher fee will be charged accordingly.)
*I kindly ask you to complete a project confirmation form before we begin
Once the project is officially confirmed, I will send you a PDF document titled "Project Confirmation Form" via email.
Please review its contents and kindly return it with your signature and stamp (if applicable).
This document helps to ensure clear communication between both parties and to avoid any misunderstandings or issues during the project.
I understand this may take a bit of your time, but I sincerely appreciate your cooperation.
Please note that any secondary use, modification, or reprinting to other media not specified in the agreement will incur additional usage fees.
*Request Regarding the Process from Rough Sketch to Final Delivery
evisions are generally limited to 2–3 rounds.
Please note that significant changes or additions that differ from the original request may incur additional revision fees.
In cases where multiple revisions are required not due to my error, including during the rough sketch or final illustration stages, additional fees will apply.
(If this occurs, I will inform you in advance and proceed only after your approval.)
Post-delivery revisions are not included in the original fee.
If any changes or additions are required after final delivery, they will be treated as a new illustration request, and additional charges will apply.
If the delivered work is not used, or if the project is cancelled mid-production, a fee will still be charged based on the progress made up to that point.
Final artwork will be delivered via email attachment or online upload, in your requested file format.
*About Delivery Date and Payment
Once the final delivery is complete, I will issue an invoice (either by post or as an email attachment).
In accordance with Japan’s new Freelance Protection Law,
I kindly ask that payment be made within 60 days of the final delivery.
Under Japan’s new Freelance Protection Law,
payment must be made within 60 days from the date the work is delivered by the freelancer.
Please note that treating the delivery date as the date of internal approval or inspection
on the client side may conflict with the intent of this law.
To ensure a smooth transaction, I would appreciate it if we could clarify the schedule and approval flow in advance.

An invoice will be issued after the final delivery of the artwork.
*About the Illustrations
I would be grateful if you could share a sample of the final printed or published work.
It will be carefully archived as a reference for future projects.
Please note that publication as part of my portfolio is assumed by default.
If this is not possible, kindly inform me in advance.
In cases where publication is not permitted, an additional fee may apply.
Being able to showcase past work is an important part of my promotion and professional development, and I appreciate your understanding.
