Travel Illustration Series vol.5: Galle, Sri Lanka

This series illustrates countries and regions (access points) visited by those who came to my website.This time, I featured the port town of Galle in southern Asia, Sri Lanka.

Centered around the historic old town, Galle is known for its beautiful coastal scenery and colonial architecture.With its quiet streets lined with old buildings and cafes, it gives a sense of slow, peaceful time.

In this work, I drew a woman carrying a basket of tropical fruits, walking through a corner of Galle.

I hope you feel the gentle atmosphere and southern sunlight.
